Languages

MiLanguages routinely provides Language instruction in over 100 languages worldwide. With over 300 native-proficient instructors, we deliver over 360,000 hours of instruction per year. Our programs are based on custom designed curriculum to meet our clients’ specific needs, either on-site or online. All instructors are required to be independently  certified for their proficiency in the language they teach. Instructors are required to meet all hiring criteria and to successfully complete MiLanguages’ Pre-Assignment Training before entering their classroom. Providing top quality instruction is our main goal. To ensure our quality, MiLanguages staff performs inspection tours of all fixed-post program sites at least twice a year. They do lesson observation, feedback and coaching of local instructors. MiLanguages provides a complete quality control plan for all aspects of program delivery and staff on-the-job performance.  Feedback to learners on their progress and learning strategies is a key to the success of our programs. MiLanguages believes in continuing professional development for its instructors and is currently going live with its new online Professional Development program in which all instructors will enroll  to update and sharpen their teaching skills.
